 | What is Remote Deposit Capture? Remote Deposit Capture is a feature of our Small Business Checking account that enables you to deposit checks without having to physically present them to the bank. Remote Deposit Capture is available to all Business Banking customers with an established need for the service (who deposit a large number of checks on a regular basis).
The process is simple: Scan your checks to “capture” the information, and the scanner securely transmits the images to us for processing. We process the deposits the same as we would if you had brought the checks to the bank. |
 | Where do I get the Remote Deposit Capture scanner? When you sign up for Remote Deposit Capture, we deliver the scanner to you and install/configure it for you. |
 | How much does Remote Deposit Capture cost? Nothing – it’s FREE and easy! We provide the scanner and the service at no charge to our Small Business Checking account customers who regularly need to deposit a large number of checks. |
 | How do I sign up for Remote Deposit Capture? When you open a Small Business Checking account, you will be offered the option of signing up for Remote Deposit Capture if you have an established need for it. If you already have a Small Business Checking account and did not sign up for Remote Deposit Capture when you opened your account, you add this feature at any time by requesting it. |
